King’s Road Partnership is delighted to continue for a second year its independent business grant for Chelsea in Bloom 2026.
In 2025 Chelsea in Bloom welcomed over 1.5 million visitors to the area, a +16% uplift on 2024’s previously record-breaking figures.
Winners of last year’s grant included Rabbit, Lavender Green and Antique Modern Mix who also were awarded Highly Commended by the judges.
Could you be a winner in 2026?
A standout fixture during RHS Chelsea Flower Show, we are launching a grant to help more businesses be able to take part on this showstopper and commercially successful event for the district.
About Chelsea in Bloom
The theme for this year’s event is ‘Out of this World’. Chelsea has always been a neighbourhood where imagination takes flight and this year’s theme is the chance to explore infinite inspiration. From the mysteries of the cosmos and the allure of astrology to spiritual symbolism, or stories of mythology and the ancient gods, let the stars guide you and your creativity to new realms.
Chelsea in Bloom will take place from 18-24 May 2026. Further information and details on how to enter to be available soon a www.chelseainbloom.co.uk.
Cadogan appreciate there may be a concern around keeping displays fresh and protected but to reassure you, they will be maintaining the increased security measures throughout the week (these will be neighbourhood-wide but will not be able to cover each individual display).
As with last year, Cadogan will be holding a virtual seminar in partnership with the RHS to discuss the judging criteria and we will be in touch very soon with a date.
In the meantime, if you’d like to relive the atmosphere and impact of previous years, a short film can be enjoyed here.
The Grant
We are delighted to provide two grants worth £2,500 (inclusive of VAT) for two individual independently owned businesses.
Each grant can go towards playing the nominated florist to create the winning display designs. We can provide recommendations as required.
The total sum of the grant must be used only to produce the floral display, and receipts may be required upon completion of the display for accounting purposes.
If the design of the display is required to change after a successful nomination, businesses are required to notify the King’s Road Partnership before proceeding with Cadogan. Failure to do so could result in the grant being withdrawn – the display featuring in Chelsea In Bloom must reflect the application in its entirety.
Application Deadline
The deadline for grant application submissions is Friday 27th February.
The two winning businesses will be contacted no later than Wednesday 5th March, and the business must notify Cadogan of their intent to participate by Friday 6th March by contacting Sophia – sophia.hamilton-jones@cadogan.co.uk and complete the form enclosed here.
