Martin’s Properties, a leading London property company operating across the South of England, has announced the appointment of Hanover Green Retail as joint agents with Savills to find retail and restaurant operators for its 33 King’s Road buildings in Chelsea, London SW6.
The 25,000sq ft property, over ground and lower ground floors, comprises a prime retail parade on the south side of Kings Road, running from the junction of Cheltenham Terrace to Walpole Street and near to Duke of York Square.
