The King’s Road was transformed into a Halloween runway on Saturday 1 November as around 100 dogs took part in the first-ever King’s Road Halloween Dog Parade, organised by the King’s Road Partnership in collaboration with Love my Human.
Starting at the Chelsea Theatre and finishing at Sloane Square, the parade brought together dogs of all shapes and sizes dressed in their spooky best, from pumpkins and superheroes to cheeky devils, regal royalty and everything in between, creating a paw-sitively unforgettable spectacle in this iconic location.
Inspired by New York’s iconic Halloween dog parades, this free community event celebrated creativity, costumes, and canine charm while supporting Therapy Dogs Nationwide and Pets As Therapy. Participants were encouraged to donate to these charities, highlighting the positive impact of therapy dogs in communities across the UK.
Our King’s Road businesses embraced the festive spirit with dog-friendly perks including free puppuccinos, celebratory fizz, dog-themed product lines, and treats galore. Thank you to all those who participated.
Highlights included:
- Goody bags for 100 dogs courtesy of Love my Human
- A Best Dressed Dog competition, with the winner receiving a hamper of Love my Human goodies and a complimentary groom
- Exclusive offers and treats from King’s Road businesses, including Ad Hoc London, Reis Jewellery, Mestizo Restaurant & Tequila Bar, White Coco, GANNI, ME+EM, Graham & Brown, Pet Pavilion, Anine Bing, Aspiga, Klättermusen, and Knoops
King’s Road Partnership Director of Marketing and Communications, Katie Blake said “We’re thrilled to bring the first-ever Halloween Dog Parade to the King’s Road, which is already known for its creativity, community spirit and sense of fun.
