As part of our continued commitment to our member businesses, King’s Road Partnership is delighted to announce its 2025 Spring Social on Tuesday 1st April at one of the King’s Road’s most exciting dining spots, Mexican restaurant and tequila bar Ixchel.

At the heart of their food is Mexican chef Ximena Gayosso Gonzalez. Discovering at a young age that food was her way of expressing her creativity, she began her journey of discovery with cooking in both Mexico City and London.

The focus on their cocktails is flavour. No stone has been left unturned when it has come to Ixchel’s Mexican Beverage Manager, Manuel Lema and the careful development of their drinks menu. As well as offering the best in house classics, Manuel and his team have also developed a number of bespoke cocktails.

You will have an opportunity to connect with the Partnership team and other businesses along the King’s Road.
